We’re the first and only pay-by-weight junk removal company in the United States — the only one with onboard truck scales. Everyone else still charges by volume. We used to do it that way, too, until we realized how unfair and inefficient it was. After switching to pay-by-weight, our gross margins jumped from the low 40s to nearly 70%. We’ve also built a thriving B2B segment — now over 50% of our revenue — with higher average tickets, recurring revenue, and long-term clients. Most “junk” brands are 95% residential and stuck there. We’re not.
